Can you lose that gigantic deer picture on top of every page? It makes us have to scroll down every time we click a link and that is uber-annoying. Maybe shrink it down some or whatever, but it is becoming a game-kill for me. It's that annoying.

I must say I feel the same as Nevada about the deer. It is neat on the login page but after that it seems more in the way than anything else.
